Sen. Openheimer's speech made me cry.
I agree with her rabi- the most important commandment which makes other just a commentary
"People have the right to choose. This (bill) is not about encouraging people, or enticing people, but rather giving people the right to make the choice for themselves. And if there is condemnation in that choice...then that's between them and God."- Sen. Ruth Hassel-Thompson
Sadly, the gay marriage bill didn't make it in NY.
